Nationwide scope. Individual experiences.
This independent project concerns consumer experiences during the 2026 McDonald's Monopoly promotion, including purchases believed to qualify for game pieces that were not provided.
Report Your ExperienceSecure reporting is being prepared. No submissions are accepted yet.
Our purpose
Project owner Martin Stevens is developing a private reporting process for consumers across the United States. Information may support review of potential legal claims, including possible nationwide class action litigation.
A consumer report is an allegation to be evaluated, not proof of wrongdoing. Whether a purchase qualified depends on the applicable promotion terms and the circumstances. This website does not announce that a lawsuit has been filed or a class certified.
A clear record helps explain what happened. Do not alter original evidence or obtain information you are not authorized to access.
01
Keep the purchase date, restaurant address, items ordered, and original receipt or order confirmation.
02
Save the offer, qualifying-product information, promotion terms, and screenshots with their dates and source addresses.
03
Write down which game pieces were missing, what staff told you, and whether a shortage notice was displayed. Separate what you observed from what you were told.
04
Keep original photographs and messages unchanged. Make a separate redacted copy for sharing, with payment details and unrelated personal information removed.
